This project involved converting an existing garage into a two-story, 582 sq ft ADU. The result: two separate dwelling units on the property, ideal for rental income or extended family use. The project is complete, fully permitted, and the ADU is currently occupied.

This project involved converting an existing garage, 1912 sq ft SFR into 3 dwelling units. The project included a 1290 sq ft SFR, a 565 sq ft ADU, and a 497 sq ft JADU (Junior ADU) converted from the garage. The project is complete and the units are currently rented.

This project in Bankers Hill involved converting a 2-story craftsman single-family house into 3 units. The project includes two units on the ground floor and one unit on the second floor. The project is complete and the units are currently rented. 

Dacosta ADU

This project in Clairemont Mesa added a 470 sq ft Junior ADU (JADU) to an existing 1,663 sq ft single-family residence. The new unit was designed for flexible living space for extended family or rental potential. The project is fully complete, permitted, and currently occupied.

Diamond 3DU

This project in Pacific Beach adds a 590 sq ft ADU above an existing two-car garage, keeping the original duplex intact. Expanding the property’s living space and rental potential, the project is permitted and will be in construction soon.

Emerald
Emerald ADU

This project in Pacific Beach adds a new 1,200 sq ft ADU above an existing garage, complete with a 672 sq ft roof deck, the property will feature two separate dwelling units. The project is permitted and currently under construction.

Jernburg ADU

This project in City Heights converted an existing 240 sq ft garage into a two-story, 800 sq ft accessory dwelling unit (ADU). The design maximized the compact lot by adding significant livable space. The project is fully complete, permitted, and the ADU is currently occupied.

Kingswoods ADU

This project in Oceanside includes a 1,000 sq ft addition with a kitchen remodel. It also features the construction of a new, detached 800 sq ft ADU with a 437 sq ft two-car garage. The project will create two independent dwelling units and is currently in the permitting phase.

This project in the historic University Heights neighborhood involves converting an existing garage into a new 578 sq ft dwelling unit, along with constructing a new two-story, 1,156 sq ft ADU above. The property will feature a total of three independent dwelling units. The project is fully permitted and currently under construction.

Perez Historical

This project in the historic Grant Hill neighborhood involved adding a second story to an existing single-family residence, creating a new 1,219 sq ft two-story home. The design preserved the property's historical character while expanding its livable space. The project is fully built, complete, and currently occupied.
