Andrew Sadera
Andrew Sadera is an experienced architectural professional with over 15 years in the industry, serving as Founder and CEO of SD3DU, and formerly as CEO of Sadera Designs, LLC and Business Director at the East Village Association. He brings demonstrated expertise in project management, design development, construction documentation, and client collaboration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential and multifamily projects.
Andrew excels at navigating complex zoning and permitting processes, integrating sustainable design and eco-building practices, and leading initiatives that enhance community engagement. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard tools, he combines technical skill with a creative vision that ensures each project exceeds client expectations.
His passion for design and construction shines through in every endeavor, supported by a keen eye for detail and a dedication to innovation. Andrew leads the SD3DU team with expertise, enthusiasm, and a commitment to creating spaces that serve both people and place.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Woodbury University School of Architecture in San Diego, CA. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring San Diego’s landscapes and indulging in his lifelong love for architecture and design.


Maria Caneja
Maria Caneja is a Project Manager and Designer with a diverse background in architecture, real estate development, construction management, and interior design. Currently managing residential small infill developments at AiRE Dev, she excels at coordinating complex projects, from ground-up construction and multifamily developments to renovations and ADUs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Her unique blend of creative vision and technical expertise stems from years of experience designing and managing projects of varying scales, including educational campuses across San Diego County. With a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Woodbury University School of Architecture in San Diego and additional studies at the Pantheon Institute in Rome, Maria navigates both the design and technical dimensions of a project with precision and artistry.
Beyond her professional roles, Maria has a history of mentoring aspiring architects and engineers, leading student initiatives, and organizing fundraising events. She is proficient in industry-standard tools such as Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion, enabling her to bring design concepts to life with clarity and impact.
Currently pursuing a dual MBA and MS in Real Estate at the University of San Diego, Maria is deeply committed to advancing her expertise and shaping vibrant, sustainable communities. When she’s not bringing projects to life, she can be found exploring new design trends, engaging with San Diego’s art scene, or championing sustainable building practices.
